Type "industrial under $3M with rail access near Denver" into the search bar and our AI interpreter turns it into structured filters against the live attribute registry — the same schema agents query over MCP. You always see the filters it chose, and you can adjust them.

Open data
Every published listing has a stable, citable permalink in the sitemap, and the attribute schema every search filter is validated against is available to connected agents via the get_registry tool. The contract your agent codes against is the contract we run on.
