This Privacy Policy explains how SPACEXPLORATION LLC ("SPACEXPLORATION", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, applications, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account and profile information — your name and email address, and, if you choose to add them, your phone number, professional title, company, and profile photo.
Authentication information — if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, the provider's account identifier, and the verification details and raw profile data the provider returns. We store a password only if you set one, and always in hashed form.
Listings and other content — the listings, photos, and documents (such as offering memoranda and flyers) you create or upload, along with your saved searches and saved listings.
Inquiries and communications — if you contact a broker through a listing, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you submit. You can send an inquiry without an account; that information is shared with the broker for the listing (see "How We Share Information").
Support and feedback — messages you send us.

Information we collect automatically

Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring pages, and the actions you take on the Service.
Session data — we store your IP address and browser user-agent with your active sessions so you can review and revoke them.
Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used (see "Cookies and Analytics").
Listing views — we record aggregate view counts for listings, including whether a view came from a person or an AI agent. We do not store individual viewers' identities in these aggregates.

Information from third parties

Property, parcel, and market data — we enrich listings with parcel, ownership, mapping, and demographic data from sources such as parcel-data providers and public datasets. This data describes properties, not you.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

operate, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
publish and display listings and connect buyers and tenants with the brokers and owners behind them;
power search, alerts, and saved searches;
provide AI-powered features such as natural-language search, listing-copy drafting, document extraction, and automated photo moderation (see "AI and Automated Processing");
communicate with you about the Service, including transactional messages and, where you have opted in, product updates;
understand and improve how the Service is used; and
detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and legal obligations.

AI and Automated Processing

The Service uses third-party AI model providers, accessed through an AI routing provider, to deliver several features. Depending on the feature, the content sent to these providers may include:

the text of your search queries (natural-language search);
listing details and the text of documents you upload, such as offering memoranda (listing-copy drafting and document extraction); and
listing photos (automated content moderation, which screens images before they are published).

We share this content with AI providers only to perform the requested feature, and we do not sell it. Because requests may be routed across multiple model providers, we cannot guarantee how every provider handles data under its own policies; we work to use providers whose terms are consistent with this Policy. We keep an internal record of AI requests (such as the model used, timing, and token usage) to operate, debug, and secure these features. Automated moderation may flag or reject content without human review; contact us if you believe a decision was made in error.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following ways:

With brokers and owners — when you submit an inquiry on a listing, your contact details and message are shared with the broker or owner responsible for that listing so they can respond.
With service providers (sub-processors) — we use trusted vendors to run the Service, including providers of: cloud hosting and databases; object storage, content delivery, and bot/abuse protection; product analytics and session-replay analytics; AI models; mapping and geocoding; parcel and market data; and email delivery. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us.
For analytics and advertising technologies — we use analytics cookies and similar technologies that may share usage information (such as identifiers, device data, and pages viewed) with analytics providers. Under some laws, this counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising even though we do not receive money for it. You can opt out (see "Your Privacy Choices").
For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or SPACEXPLORATION.
In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure and improve the Service. Our analytics tools record events like page views and feature usage and associate them with your account when you are signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Service works. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Your Privacy Choices

Access and update — you can review and update your profile information in your account settings at any time.
Delete your account — you can delete your account from your account settings (Settings → Profile), or by emailing [email protected]. Some information is retained as described in "Data Retention."
Marketing emails — product and marketing emails are opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails. We will still send transactional messages about your account.
Disconnect sign-in providers — you can unlink a connected sign-in provider in your account settings.
Cookies and analytics — control cookies through your browser, and contact us to opt out of the analytics "sharing" described above.

Your Privacy Rights (Including California)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 18.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of them, use the controls in your account settings or email us at [email protected]. To opt out of the analytics "sharing" described above, email us at the same address and use your browser's cookie controls. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we verify requests through your account email before acting on them. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it:

Inquiries you have sent remain with the broker or owner who received them, so they can follow up.
Security, audit, and AI-usage logs are kept for a limited period to operate, secure, and debug the Service, with your account identifier removed where practical.
Backups and legal holds — residual copies may persist in backups, and we retain information where required to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Deleted content (such as listings and photos) is generally removed shortly after deletion, subject to a short grace period and backup cycles.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means and update the "Last updated" date above.
