No. Brokers and owners list the same way. If you own the building you are selling or leasing, list it yourself.

No. List every property you have, for sale or for lease. Each listing stays up until you take it down.

Until you take it down. Listings do not expire. When the property sells or leases, mark it sold or leased from your dashboard, or withdraw it at any time.

Yes. There is no exclusivity. Keep it on the MLS, other sites, your own website, or a sign out front.

On its own, it only fills in what you leave blank. If the headline or summary is empty when you publish, it writes one. Anything you wrote yourself is never overwritten, and you can edit what it wrote at any time. You can also start a listing from an OM or flyer PDF and it fills in a draft for you to check.

To keep the market real. Publishing takes a verified email and a verified mobile number, which keeps fake and spam listings out. Your mobile appears on the listing contact card so buyers can call you. Drafts need neither.

Public sources buyers already trust, where they cover your property: the U.S. Census Bureau, FEMA, the EPA, USGS, and OpenStreetMap. It is added when you publish. You enter none of it.

Yes, with no account. Enter any U.S. address to see the building’s flood zone and hazard risk, EPA records nearby, and demographics, wherever those sources cover it. The county’s public record joins them once the building is listed.

No. Brokers and owners write their own listings. We verify each lister’s email and mobile number, not the property details, so check those yourself before you rely on them.

Go to Settings, then Profile, and choose Delete account. Deleting it is permanent.
